Tinned Fear

This collection of Tinned Fear sounds like something out of a Roald Dahl book. You can choose from a range of emotions including “A Vague Sense of Unease,” “Rising Panic,” and “Collywobbles.”  Each tin includes the exact fear indicated on the label in the form of, ahem, boiled sweets. Impressively, each tin also includes a specially commissioned story of the same name by such authors as Nick Hornby, David Nicholls and Zadie Smith.

Very cool. I wish I’d known about these guys when I was shopping for stocking stuffers.

As a side note, you can buy Tinned Fear at Words Words Words, a word-based concept store in Selfridges in London. The British always come up with some of the quirkiest concepts for their high streets.
